My Dear Goons,
So with everyone AFK this week I decided to do Nax10 with Goldshire Gumdarts on my druid Reyvehn. I have had sparatic contact with them and mentioned larger raiding but I wanted to feel them out. I know how the general tone of pugs are caotic and vulgar. I know that pugging every week to do large raids leaves your guild progression behind just to gear up strangers. It is better to have a set group of people to raid regularly with, if for no other reason than that you know everyone is on the same page and knows the fight. I also know that we like a relaxed atmosphere with professional grade performance. We don't tolerate epeening (well maybe a little subtle epeening ei: Reyvehn, Zular, Powerthirst, you know who you are lol) or flame wars in our own guild, so of course we cringe to hear it in merged events. Its hard to find mature players with the same cool relaxed tone as with one of our raids. Let me tell you I think I found them.
The Goldshire Gumdarts may be a little behind us in Nax10 progression, but they are right in step with our spirit and love of the game. I spent last night with them and didn't get off until 3am the next morning. I stayed on to tell them all I could about the great players we have and to discuss raiding together as a alliance. There were wipes (Grobulus) and no one got hot headed. The communication lines were open and the atmosphere was positive. "Good try" and "we got closer that time" was the vent chatter heard. It sounded like a Goonie raid just a couple of months ago when were struggling with Gluth. They kept their cool and never lost sight of the point that its supposed to be fun.
I hope you guys come to the raid night and get to meet them for yourselves. Come lets get our raid on!

sounds good to me. excpet its a friday. lol. Weekends and mondays are the only real days ive been able to spend with my gf recently. with her being out of school now, that may change, so i may be spending either less time on here, or just different times. i guess ill find out soon. thanks for the invite
