When running with a Goonies raid, please abide by these policies:
1. Be online on time--This means that you are signed on, repaired, and ready for an invite at least 10 minutes before raid time. Special circumstances are understood, but if you know ahead of time that you're gonna be running late, plz inform a member of guild council.
2. Have Vent--Even if you don't usually get on Vent with us (how dare you?! You're missing so much!) make sure you have Vent downloaded for raids. We can't make you get on, but raids tend to be much more successful if we don't have to type everything to you.
3. Only roll on gear you *need* if it is the spec you are running as--we don't force anyone to change spec for a raid *ever.* So if you are running as dps for the night but you are typically a tank or healer, make sure the raid is aware what your main spec is and your wish to roll on gear for that spec.
4. Let's share--If you've already rolled and won something, let someone else have a chance. Please only roll on one piece of gear each raid until everyone in that *category* has something.
5. Also in the spirit of sharing, please only roll on one piece of tier gear per raid until everyone in that category has one.
6. If you didn't sign up for a raid and we have too many on, signed up people will go first. The opposite of this is, please don't sign up if you really don't plan to be on. It wastes a lot of people's time because we're waiting on you to sign on. Also, please sign up on the character that you really plan to take! But keep in mind that we can't run with no tanks and no healers. And you may be asked to run one of these classes if you have the toon available and the gear to fulfill the job.
These rules are subject to change dependent on the guild needs. Roll rules do NOT apply if you are the only character that is able to use a specific item and it is therefore "handed" to you.
These rules are posted to be informative and to insure that every Goonie has equal opportunity and equal enjoyment in raids. We are not a "raiding guild." We are a "guild that does raids."
Every Raider must reply that they've read these rule in order to participate in raids scheduled after March 16, 2009.
